I feel like I’ve been waiting for our whole life Heartbeat Allen lifetime member shirt. I don’t know why our society wants so badly to place the burden of such negative expectations on our teens. My daughters had some instructors for a few years that were constantly saying the students in the class had bad attitudes- but they knew to expect it- because they were teenagers now, would be focused on boys instead of class I tried over and over to explain that those sweet girls while anyone is capable of having a bad attitude at times) were struggling with the negative expectations being placed on them- not just being teenagers. None of them were focused on boys at the time.
