Rick and Morty show Me what you Game of Thrones shirt, sweater, hoodie and v-neck t-shirt gets all the basics right: Good writing, production values, character development (sort of), and timing. The show is edgy enough to be interesting, but not so edgy that it will actually turn away a large proportion of its target audience. Similarly it’s genuinely a smart show, but done in a way that’s very accessible to a broad audience.
