The last couple of weeks have had some growing pains for me. Some of the emotional kind and some of the physical. It’s easy to focus on the pain part, but what if pain really could be another indication of growth? In reminding myself that if I’m not growing I might as well be dead, that even Oprah, no matter how high she gets, has her lows, I want to share this for whoever might need it. This is the lesson I keep coming back to, over and over.
