January 21, 2017. Denver held a sister march to the Women’s March on Washington Denver January 21 2017 shirt. 200,000 people came to express their freedom of speech and their voices were heard loud and clear. To everyone in Denver and around the globe who marched today, thank you. I was beginning to fall into despair, but your voices lifted me up today. Let us carry this momentum forward as we have some serious work to do. We owe it to each other and our kids, two of which I had marching around the house tonight screaming, “my body, my choice!”
